HORTICULTURE LAMP WITH THE HIGHEST PAR LIGHT OUTPUT AND SYSTEM EFFICIENCY
The Dimlux Expert Series has the highest PAR light output and system efficiency of all available horticulture fixtures.
The unparalleled performance is made possible because every component in the fixtures is of the best quality and designed to match each other in order to get the best possible results and performance.
BETTER PERFORMANCES WITH OUR LIGHT HARDWARE
The Dimlux electronical ballast belongs to a new generation of electical ballasts (eb) that can arrange voltage. In this, the regular 230-240V of the contact box is converted to 400V, so better performing 400V lamps can be controlled. Thanks to the use of 400V Ultra High Frequency Technology (UHF), the PAR light output is enormously increased while the temperature is lowered during use. Provided you use the optimal conditions, this can result in a yield of even up to 10-20% more than you had before!
A UNIQUE
ALL-IN-ONE UNIT
It also helps to create free space since the ballast no longer has to be attached to the wall or floor, and cabling is no longer needed between ballast and reflector. Simply ready-to-use!
CREATE THE OPTIMAL LIGHT SURROUNDING
With the help of the Dimlux light calculator, it is possible to generate a perfect light plan by entering the correct dimensions, the light requirements and the type of fixture.
MORE LIGHT & LESS HEAT DEVELOPMENT
SBCS stands for single bounce clear sight. This means that the light can only hit the reflector 1 time before the light leaves the reflector. Also, the light can’t reflect back into the lamp. Result > more usable light and less heat development.
LESS NETTO LIGHT LOSS
Light that shines on paths or walls is a net loss of light. To compensate for light loss, the reflector is adjustable into 2 positions. An extra ADD-ON reflector can also be placed by which even less light gets lost. Result > less light loss.
LESS HEAT
The convection heat generated by the lamp rises in the reflector. The reflector contains 50mm opening through which the heat can escape. Result > an improved thermoregulation resulting in a better lamp temperature.
ACTIVE AND PASSIVE COOLED
The heat can escape from the reflector both passively (chimney effect) and actively. By active extraction with a ventilator at the 50mm opening, the room temperature can significantly be reduced. The heat is extracted at the source, which is more efficient than cooling. Result > limited heat development
160 DIMLUX XTREME BALLASTS ON 1 MAXI CONTROLLER
An independent time or relay is not needed, connect the fixture(s) to the Dimlux Maxi Controller, set the required day and night cycles and position the sensor, no more is needed!
DIMLUX REFLECTORS ARE DEVELOPED IN OUR OWN LABORATORY
The Ultra Optics 98 reflector and Dimlux Xtreme Series are developed in our own laboratory. This makes our technology unique and we achieve better results through our tested optimized reflector and lighting technology.
ULBRICHT SPHERE
Our fixtures are optimized in an integrating sphere. Light rays’ incident on any point on the inner surface are, by multiple scattering reflections, distributed equally to all other points. The effects of the original direction of light are minimized.
